All students are to follow the below timetable to enable them to submit/complete their TOK essay on time.

For all deadlines you must upload the work using this template.
Put your name and a file description on every file you upload as that way 2 files with the same name will not be uploaded. i.e. if everyone uploaded a file called Ideassofar.doc your work would not be on your page as there would be two files with this name on the Wikispaces server. Follow this naming convention to avoid problems

“The possession of knowledge carries an ethical responsibility.” Evaluate this claim.
- Knowledge is a great privilege to have, if you know something its easier. Knowledge requires responsibility as some knowledge may be dangerous to society and is rather kept secret. The possession of knowledge carries the responsibility of sharing ones knowledge depending on the situation.

In what ways may disagreement aid the pursuit of knowledge in the natural and human
sciences?
- If everyone agreed on every scientific finding then it would be chaos. Disagreement led to the pursuit of the one unique correct answer. A solution which is accepted by all (most) according to the current standings of science is only found if some people can disagree with logic proof.

Can we know when to trust our emotions in the pursuit of knowledge? Consider history
and one other area of knowledge.
- No, some great minds were so engaged in their pursuit of knowledge that their emotions affects their understanding of the results of their research. Scientists should not be emotional in their research but rather be rational.
